DR Bamidele Onalaja, the Managing Director/CEO of RevolutionPlus Properties and an alumnus of Lagos State University, paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building, Ojo, Lagos.
The meeting, facilitated by Prof. M.O.B. Mohammed, Director of the Centre for General Nigerian Studies, aimed to explore opportunities for Dr Onalaja to give back to the University.
Dr Onalaja emphasised the importance of giving back to the institution that shaped his career and personal development. He expressed his desire to contribute to the University's development, acknowledging its pivotal role in his success.
The Vice-Chancellor, represented by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Prof. Adenike Boyo, warmly welcomed Dr Onalaja and his team. She thanked them for their visit and lauded Dr Onalaja's commitment to giving back to the University community.
The meeting was attended by top university officials, including Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic, Prof. Olufunso Omobitan, University Librarian, Dr Omawumi Makinde, and Director of Directorate of Special Interventions, Prof. Oseni Afisi.
