THE Women and Girls Empowerment Foundation International (WOGEFI) is set to hold an exclusive Campus Storytelling Workshop from October 25 to 27, 2024, aimed at female students of Lagos State University (LASU) who have experienced sexual harassment on campus.

This free, transformative workshop will offer a safe and supportive space for participants to share their stories, receive professional training, and become advocates for change on campus and beyond.

The workshop will provide attendees with free storytelling training, accommodation, meals, and resources designed to help them effectively communicate their experiences while raising awareness about sexual harassment. The three-day event, designed exclusively for female students who have faced sexual harassment, will focus on building a strong community of survivors who can advocate for gender equality, safety, and justice on their campus and in wider society.

The workshop is designed not only to provide a platform for female students to share their stories on sexual harassment but also to equip them with the tools they need to become advocates for a safer, more respectful University environment. These tools will empower participants to lead the charge for change, on campus and in their communities.
