THE Lagos State University Management has approved a two-week Certificate Release Exercise for the 2022/2023 graduating students.
Therefore, graduating students of the 2022/2023 academic session are requested to proceed to the Examinations and Records Division at the Administrative Block 2, Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos, for the collection of their Certificates from Thursday, June 6 to Friday, June 21, 2024.
Documents required for collection of certificates by Full Time, ODLRI, and Sandwich Ojo Campus graduates include original notification of result (or payment receipt), duly completed online graduating students clearance form, payment receipt of N53,500 for Certificate & Convocation Package, and recent academic profile
Others include alumni payment receipt of N1000, Faculty clearance to prove return/non-collection of academic gown & cap, and valid means of identification (NIN/Drivers Licence/LASSRA/Voters Card/International Passport).
However, graduates from Abeokuta, Ilesha, and Oyo Campuses are required to provide the following documents: original notification of results (or payment receipt), duly signed clearance letter from the affiliate institution, proof of payment for online clearance, and payment receipt of N53,500 for Certificate & Convocation Package.
Other documents include recent academic profile, alumni payment receipt of N1000, Directorate of Sandwich Degree clearance to prove return/non-collection of academic gown & cap, and valid means of identification (NIN/Drivers Licence/LASSRA/Voters Card/International Passport).
