NIGERIAN artist, Portable has publicly accused Davido of exploiting their collaboration for clout without providing financial support or a verse.
In a recent video, Portable stated, "Davido ripped me, you invited me out for a dinner in America but you didn't give me a verse or money, you just used me to trend. You should have given me at least $10,000."
Portable alleged that Davido misled him during their time in America and only used him to gain popularity. He expressed his belief that he was a "superstar" and deserved compensation for his efforts.
Portable's statements led to Davido unfollowing him on Instagram, fueling further anger.
Portable's accusations highlight the tensions and expectations surrounding collaborations in the music industry. While Davido's camp has not responded to the allegations, Portable's demands for compensation and recognition have sparked a wider conversation about fair collaboration practices.
